We cook with a sustainable future in mind. We are passionate about responsible dining and embrace a “nose to tail” and “root to tip” approach. We source produce locally to reduce our carbon footprint.
All our foods (except cheeses) are made onsite from fresh ingredients. Nothing is regenerated or reheated from a pre-cooked condition.

I ordered fresh meals from The Forum Kitchen for the first time this week to surprise my partner with a date at home, since we haven’t been able to eat out at a restaurant for the last few months.
We had the arancini, chicken melanzane and vegan chocolate mousse. We were blown away by the food - all the meals were so delicious, full of flavour and excellently cooked.
Well done to The Forum Kitchen team! We will definitely be ordering more fresh meals from you and look forward to trying your deli goods as well."
