We cook with a sustainable future in mind. We are passionate about responsible dining and embrace a “nose to tail” and “root to tip” approach. We source produce locally to reduce our carbon footprint.
All our foods (except cheeses) are made onsite from fresh ingredients. Nothing is regenerated or reheated from a pre-cooked condition.

Please note our products are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross contamination. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies in the form at checkout.
Absolutely! In fact we've ensured that the box fits most conventional household fridges.

We kindly ask for two days’ notice please. But we can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders so please send us and email on orders@theforum.co.za and we can see what we can do.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before your event/delivery can either be re-scheduled for a later date or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 days prior to your order are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the order.
