IMMUNE BOOSTING: Packed with immune boosters - pumpkin seeds are a great source of dietary fiber —a diet high in fiber can promote good digestive health and quinoa is known to improve intestinal health. The fiber and antioxidants in sweet potatoes are advantageous to gut health.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place container with the sweet potato and butternut into the oven and heat without the lid until hot and desired colour reached. Toss through with the remaining ingredients and enjoy.
